About the Farm
Four Generations Strong. Rooted in Willard, Ohio.
We’ve been working this land in Willard, Ohio, since 1943. Back then, it was about grit, hard work, and feeding the family. Not much has changed.
Over the decades, we’ve focused on one thing — raising better beef. We’ve refined our Angus herd, grown our own feed, and never chased shortcuts.
Founded in 1943 by Virgil Giles, Giles Farm began with a simple purpose: grow good crops, raise strong animals, and take care of the land. That purpose hasn’t changed—only the scale has.
Virgil’s son John Giles carried the torch, expanding the farm while instilling the same work ethic and values in the next generation. John’s son, Scott Giles, continued to grow the operation. Today, under the leadership of Nathan Giles, the fourth generation, the farm is evolving once again—this time with the creation of Giles Meats, our farm-to-freezer retail brand.
Become a part of our history
At Giles Farm, we believe the best beef starts with strong partnerships. As our Angus program continues to grow, we’re looking to team up with local families and farmers to help raise the next generation of high-quality cattle—right here in Ohio.
From planting feed to raising calves, every part of the process matters. That’s why we work directly with our partners to ensure our standards for care, nutrition, and animal health are upheld from day one.
